In the wake of the pandemic, managing and recovering one's health has become increasingly challenging. However, Lisa possesses the expertise and qualifications needed to help you regain your mental and physical well-being. She is certified as a Lifestyle and Wellness Health Coach through York University, is also a certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, a Personal Trainer Specialist, National Mental Health Trainer and global educator and she is dedicated to guiding you on your unique journey towards becoming your healthiest and happiest self.

Lisa's impact extends beyond physical and mental well-being coaching. She is an accomplished international professional speaker with connections to Toastmasters International, allowing her to help you develop essential leadership and communication skills. Her affiliation with the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers further attests to her speaking prowess and ability to captivate audiences with her insightful and engaging talks. Additionally, as a Diversity and Inclusion presenter, Communication expert and author of the book Making Wellness a Priority,  Lisa is committed to equipping executives with the necessary tools to be an effective, empathetic and compassionate leader.
