Menopause is impacting today’s workforce, yet most organizations feel unprepared to address it confidently or consistently.

Without guidance, leaders avoid conversations, HR absorbs the risk, and experienced employees disengage or leave during peak career years.

Menopause at Work delivers structured, evidence-informed education that equips leaders and HR professionals with the language, confidence, and frameworks needed to support employees and protect workforce sustainability.

Menopause at Work

Workplace Integration Program for Leaders

Course Objectives:

  1. Build shared understanding: Participants gain a clear understanding of menopause as a predictable life stage and how it can impact attendance, engagement, and performance during peak career years.
  2. Strengthen leadership confidence: Participants learn appropriate workplace language, boundaries, and practical approaches to navigate conversations and respond consistently with confidence.
  3. Support retention and sustainability: Participants identify ways to integrate learning into leadership practices and workplace strategies to better support experienced talent and long-term workforce sustainability.

Here's what you will receive

Participants will take part in a live, three-week virtual program facilitated by a Certified Menopause Consultant, with access to curated resources, optional on-demand learning videos for continued development, a viewing of the original documentary The M Factor and a certificate of completion that may be used toward HRPA Continuing Education Credits, if required.
