Worksite Exercise Programs

In an effort to avoid common on-the-job injuries such as Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), the new Sitting Disease and possibly more severe injuries related to individual industries, it’s valuable to encourage workers to incorporate physical activity during the work day.  Worksite Exercise Programs are available through New Day Wellness in a variety of formats:

  • Worksite Yoga (for beginners and intermediates – male and female)
  • Deskercise (for workers who primarily work at a desk)
  • Industry Specific Stretching Program (to support back and leg care)
  • Personal Training (for employees that have access to a private corporate gym)
