Well, here is one for you: Make wellness a priority. Better than that, how about you change that statement from a resolution to a lifestyle change? By making the decision to make wellness a priority, you are already on your way to having a happier and healthier life. Resolutions rarely make it past the first few months of the year, so why not incorporate wellness into your every day? It’s really not that hard. Step one: Start off by making a list of priorities in your life. They usually look something like this: 1st: Family; 2nd: Friends; 3rd: Job/Career; 4th: Health.
